Audit Committees Lay Members

Isle of Anglesey County Council and Gwynedd Council are seeking to appoint lay members to serve on the individual Council’s Audit Committees.

The successful candidates will be appointed for a period of 5 and 4 years respectively commencing in June 2017. Applicants should have experience and knowledge of financial management and / or corporate governance preferably within the public sector. The commitment includes attending around 6 meetings a year. Lay Members receive a fee plus expenses for each meeting attended.

The deadline for applications is 12 May 2017.
