Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with multi faceted experience.
My client, a reputable medium sized contractor, are looking for somebody to oversee a commercial to residential conversion. Works will include adding an additional floor to an existing building and converting the interior into luxury apartments.
You must have the following:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
In order to be eligible for this role you must have a good level of refurbishment and conversion experience. Design and Build Experience is also preferable.
