Excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased engineer or technician to join an international manufacturer that will offer you brilliant training and career progression.
This company specialise in the design, manufacture and service of forklift trucks that are supplied into manufacturing companies and distribution centres across the world. They have fast become one of the UKs leading forklift truck companies due to their excellent reputation and highly motivated and skilled engineers.
In this role you will cover the Bath and surrounding area carrying out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repair all forklift trucks and associated equipment.
Every successful candidate will undertake extensive training where you will be exposed to every forklift truck and associated equipment you would be expected to maintain once fully qualified. The role will be suitable for mechanically biased engineers with hydraulic skills, from any kind of maintenance / service background such as automotive technicians, HGV, mobile plant, agricultural, JCB, CAT, forklift or ex forces military vehicle engineers.

The Role:
*Carry planned maintenance activities on materials handling machinery
*Reactive breakdown coverage
*Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment
The Person:
*A qualified mechanical engineer/technician from an automotive or engineering background
*Hydraulic skills
*Full UK driving license
*Experienced with forklift trucks
