Clinical Lead / Senior Nurse

What will I be responsible for?

The Clinical Lead will be responsible for consistently providing the highest standard of clinical care and customer services. On a daily basis, this will include:

• Being responsible for keeping accurate records and care planning
• Leading the clinical care of our clients and providing guidance, training, appraisals and mentorship to the care team and nurses
• Ensuring you clearly understand your responsibilities under the legislative requirements of the sector.

The successful candidate:

We are looking for a responsive, flexible and dynamic Senior Nurse to lead the clinical team. You must be a Registered Nurse with experience of being the Senior Nurse, who is able to work closely with managers to achieve an outstanding service for our clients.

The desired individual will not only have experience and skills of benefit to our clients but will also inspire and develop colleagues and those who interact with them on a daily basis. You will also:

• Possess a clinical qualification to degree level or equivalent / Registered Nurse
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, managers, external professional bodies and colleagues
• Good working knowledge of key regional and national initiatives impacting on palliative/community care delivery
• Evidence of continuous professional development
• Must have extensive clinical experience along with excellent leadership skills
• Possess a full UK/EU driving license

Clinical Lead (Senior Qualified Nurse)

Salary: Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Location: South East London, Mitcham CR4

Job type: 35 hours per week
