Team Manager - AMC Customer Services

As a versatile and enthusiastic Team Manager you will lead and inspire a team dealing with a range of servicing tasks relating to AMC's mortgage book. The team handle a variety of tasks including all amendments to customer mortgages, statement production and reconciliation of AMC's bank accounts. You should be able to lead by example by displaying and engendering drive, enthusiasm, commitment and a positive, 'can do' attitude.You will plan, co-ordinate, direct and control resources across the team to ensure the achievement of planned performance within agreed service standards, whilst ensuring that AMC's reputation for delivering high quality customer service is maintained.
