Based in Maidenhead
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Executive Benefits

One of the UK's foremost and leading bakery companies are currently recruiting for a National Account Executive at their Maidenhead Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an intelligent Sales professional with experience within the FMCG arena to develop their career within a forward thinking market leading business.

The Role
As part of a fast-paced Sales function and reporting to the Senior Customer Manager, you would support activity on a range of retail accounts, including coordinating events, preparing presentations, ensuring all revenue and profit targets and regularly achieved and exceeded. You would be tasked with maintaining effective relationships at a minimum of Buyers Assistant level within the accounts, as well as developing cross functional relationships across the business, including Consumer Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance.

You would be expected to drive your own development in the role, improving your account management skills through hands-on experience plus coaching from your colleagues.

The Candidate
o Previous experience in FMCG Sales is required, ideally within a Field Sales or Customer Marketing related role
o Educated to degree level or equivalent
o Excellent analytical ability including strong numerical and verbal communication skills
o Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
o Attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
o A full UK driving licence is required
