Time Bank Projects Co-ordinator

Time Bank Plus is a small, independent charity, based in SW Bath which promotes community involvement and the exchange of time and services within the local area.

Working particularly with more disadvantaged communities, we use timebanking principles to engage with the needs of local people in flexible and innovative ways, through the setting up of exchanges, projects, groups, learning opportunities, partnerships and community events. Time Bank Plus works to build individual capacity and stronger, healthier, more sustainable communities.

We are currently seeking a part time Projects Co-ordinator.

The worker will be responsible for co-ordination & delivery of a number of Time Bank projects, activities, groups & exchanges, including the Over 50’s Café & the Borrow It Library of Things.

The job will involve managing and supporting Time Bank volunteers in a variety of roles. Much of our work involves working with individuals or groups who are vulnerable or disadvantaged.

We are looking for someone with experience of delivering community based services, who has equally excellent organisational and people skills.
