Working in partnership with easyjet a leading European low-cost airline, we're looking to bring people on board who will act as an ambassador for our client in all forms of contact with prospects and customers.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Working predominately on voice and written communications, you will manage all customer queries and requests regarding the booking and planning of their travel arrangements in line with quality standards, in order to ensure a positive customer experience that leads to customer satisfaction and retention.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED?
?? Previous experience in a contact centre environment or customer facing role, handling service and/or complaints would be desirable
?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?? Ability to work in a team
?? Ability to identify a problem and provide a solution
?? Attention to detail.
