Payroll and Management Accountant
This award winning field marketing agency based in West London is seeking a Management Accountant to join the team. This stand-alone function reports into the CEO with full responsibility of the Finance operations.
This is a busy and varied role; as the Management Accountant you need a pro-active attitude and the willingness to own this key function of the business.
Key Responsibilities & Duties of Payroll and Management Accountant
- Complete monthly payroll process including 3 payrolls for circa 100 staff utilising Sage Payroll.
- Manage all aspects of Payroll incl. journals, P11Ds, P60s, expenses, NEST, cost centers etc.
- Prepare management reports utilising Excel incl. Cash Flow, Revenue vs Cost and forecasts.
- Arrange BACS payments for all suppliers.
- Update Sage 50 Accounts with day-to-day bookkeeping.
Skills and Experience
- ACCA/AAT or equivalent part qualified OR qualified by experience.
- Experience of Sage Payroll and Sage 50 Accounts.
- Strong Excel experience.
- Experience of delivering payroll process to a large number of employees.
Personal Qualities
- Ability to work in a standalone role assuming responsibility for the finance function.
- Ability to communicate with all areas of the business from CEO to field staff.
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude.
