During the past couple of years my client has successful supported numerous APC candidates to complete their APC first time.
My client is a leading independent multi-disciplined consultancy that specialise in rural, listed and high end properties.
They are recruiting for an Assistant Surveyor that feels they are not getting the right support to complete their APC or someone looking for a new challenge.
Day to day duties for the Assistant General Practice Surveyor will include;
* Valuations and associated reports
* Acquisition and Disposals
* Rent Reviews and Renewals
* Ratings Advise
* Expert Witness
This is the opportunity for an Assistant General Practice Surveyor to become a chartered surveyor within a short period of time; the right Assistant General Practice Surveyor will have;
* Experience working within a consultancy
* Some knowledge of the above duties
* Excellent written and verbal communications
* The desire and drive to become a chartered General Practice surveyor.
The successful Assistant General Practice Surveyor will be offered an excellent starting salary of between GBP23,000 and GBP26,000 dependant on experience with a range of flexible benefits. You will be offered first class support and training.
