JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Customer Services Goods-In, Mailroom and Print Administration Assistant with excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work to a high level of accuracy.

Working as the Administrator / Customer Services Goods-In, Mailroom and Print Administration Assistant you will join the Company’s Goods-In Department where you will support with the receipting, uploading of data and the physical delivery to on-site clients.

You will have an excellent opportunity to work on two fundamental services within the business – Reprographics and Mail Room.

As the Administrator / Customer Services Goods-In, Mailroom and Print Administration Assistant you will work within a busy mail room / reprographics department providing excellent customer care to all service users and also provide a professional, efficient service to the Company’s prestigious client. The key priority for this role is to maintain a high standard of work ensuring SLA's are met and product/services are delivered to a highest standard.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / Customer Services Goods-In, Mailroom and Print Administration Assistant:

  • The post holder will be professional at all times when dealing with clients and proactively represent the Company on site promoting excellent customer service
  • Accurate and efficient processing
  • Consistently achieve set operational performance targets
  • To ensure all work is completed accurately and to the required standard
  • Receive and load work onto the track system
  • Update clients when their timeframes not achievable
  • Cross training across other functions and departments will be necessary
  • Operating HV Colour and Black & White devices via network connections
  • Operating finishing Equipment such as wire/comb binding, guillotining and laminating
  • Standard Porter duties as required
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Use of franking machines
  • Assisting with setting up of meeting rooms
  • Dealing with enquiries from the client, both face to face and on the telephone
  • Filing and retrieving documents, within an established filing system
  • Booking and receipt of courier items
  • Some administrative and data input tasks
  • Processing of archive files and tracking signature movements using the onsite computer systems

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Print room/Mailroom operations
  • Customer service and complaint handling
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people
  • Ability to prioritise and manage peak service demands
  • Working shifts on a flexible pattern
  • Working accurately, under pressure, to tight deadlines
  • Intermediate IT skills – Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Email and Web
