Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Banbury
Salary: GBP22,500 pa (with flexibility DOE)

Main responsibilities:
* To own a percentage of the departmental Matter and/or Customer Portfolio
* Work toward a fee earning target, and contribute to the fee earning potential of the Practice Area
* Provide technical, specialist and/or administrative support that is backed by sound knowledge and experience
* To undertake tasks of moderate complexity and to work under general dictation
* Be responsible for organising one's own workload and confidently making decisions
* You will be expected to follow and comply with all pre-defined case management practices and procedures
* Have a strong understanding of compliance obligations of the SRA, Lexcel and any other regulatory bodies
* To communicate with and provide advice to a range of internal and external customers
* Work well both independently and as part of a team
Key Skills & Experience:
* Must be at affiliate level in CILEX, or working towards a qualification, or have significant legal experience
* The ability to manage own CPD, development needs and personal learning plan
* Good Microsoft Office skills and abilities
* Ability to work with complex case management tools
* Have awareness and knowledge of significant customers, and have the ability to deals with customers at all levels
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
