1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant

I am curretly working with a vibrant and supportive 2 form school in the heart of Bath, due to the demand of supply I am currently looking for experienced SEN and 1:1 Learning Support Assistants who are looking for a new challenege. This can range from day to day assignments to longer term and permemant assignments


We are looking for candidates who:

• Ideally have previous SEN experience either in mainstream or special needs schools
• Have relevant classroom experience
• Will treat every assignment as if it is a permanent role, injecting a sense of purpose into the classroom and helping the school to the best of your ability
• Are able to develop professional relationships with pupils and staff
• Can ensure effective classroom management in line with the schools behaviour policy
