A leading pharmaceuticals business is currently looking to add a new Senior Qualified Person to their site based in the South East, greater London.
Reporting into the Quality Director and working alongside a network of QA Managers and Qualified Persons within the business, this opportunity will suit a newly qualified QP looking for a strong support structure and fast learning curve or a more experienced QP looking to join an evolving business that has a global reach and ability to promote quickly to a more senior level.
Due to the nature and scale of the operation the new QP will be actively involved in product release whilst also holding the post of QA Manager and ownership of quality delivery and strategy for their team. As the business is a fast-paced Contract Manufacturing Organisation with a customer focus the successful Qualified Person will quickly be able to develop their commercial acumen allowing them to progress to more strategic senior quality positions at an earlier point in their career.
The management structure means that you will get access to all areas of the organisation allowing you to learn how a pharmaceutical manufacturing business ticks, and also take advantage of the strong support structure and team player company ethos.
This company works with the world's leading big pharmaceuticals so the role will provide regular contact with a global customer base. This therefore is an unrivalled opportunity to develop into a leading quality professional and set yourself up for a multitude of opportunities within the pharmaceuticals industry.
Given the scale of the operation the new QP will be able to climb quickly through the organisation and shape their own career development with multiple routes through the business.
The ideal candidate will be eligible to be nominated as a Qualified Person under 2001/83/EC and have a proven track record in a GMP or GDP environment. If you have recently passed your viva and have a few months of UK releasing under your belt then I'd still like to hear from you as the company can offer a good training schedule to get you up to speed.
A salary of around GBP85,000 is on offer for the successful Senior Qualified Person with flexibility to secure the right person.
