What are we looking for in a Premier Pathways Trainee Science Teacher?

The ideal applicants for the Trainee Science Teacher positions available on this innovative programme will be positive and determined Science graduates with exceptional academic records that demonstrate a willingness and aptitude for learning. Though no in-school experience is required, the enrolled Trainee Teacher will be someone who is devoted to supporting young people in their personal and academic development. You will need to be a Science Graduate with a minimum of a GCSE Grade of C and above in Maths and Science and ideally a degree grade of a 2:1 or higher.
