My client, a market leading multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy which specialises in Flood Risk, Hydrology and Hydraulic Modelling, is searching for a Senior Hydrologist who specialises in Flood Estimation to join a supportive team of specialist Consultants and Engineers based in Doncaster.
It is essential that applicants have a MSc and or BSc in Hydrology, River Basin Dynamics or Environmental Engineering and have approximately 3 years+ experience completing Hydrological Assessments, Flood Estimation using FEH and ReFH, Pooling Group Analysis and Environmental Flow Assessments (for High and Low Flows).
It is also beneficial for applicants to have experience completing Flood Frequency Analysis or Flood Risk Assessments.
As a Senior Hydrologist you will be required to complete large scale Hydrological, Flood Risk, Surface Water, Drainage and River Management Projects for Private and Public Sector Clients, Local Authorities and Water Companies.
The role will also involve the following;
-Hydrological Assessments.
-Flood Risk Assessments.
-Flood Estimation using FEH and ReFH.
-Pooling Group Analysis.
-Flood Frequency Analysis.
-Surface Water and Catchment Management Plans.
-Water Framework Assessment and Low Flow Assessments.
