About the role

• Fantastic career opportunity for Food Science graduate with 1-2 years' experience in New Product Development
• You will be involved in creative recipe concept development and the execution of customer (brand/own label) NPD briefs
• Working closely with cross functional teams, such as purchasing, specifications, packaging, finance.
• Leading and executing bench top samples, sourcing new ingredients/equipment
• Leading the NPD agenda from product concept right through to first production.
• Supporting the business Research and Development agenda.

About You:

• Degree in Food Science or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years' experience in New Product Development, a passion for Food / Culinary and Recipe development skills
• Strong analytical, numerical and computer skills - essential
• Co-ordination skills, planning and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills, and attention to detail
• Team player with ability to work under pressure and rapidly changing environment
• IT skills, proficient in MS Excel, Power point, knowledge of Nutritional software an advantage
