Smile are currently recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in Oxford for a Teacher to start September 2017 working in key stage one. The welcoming school require you to take responsibility for planning and implementing work to your designated KS1 class. You will have the freedom to teach using your personal teaching style, which will be expected to encourage and inspire children to learn and develop to the best of their ability.
The school has a 'good' Ofsted report and furthermore holds above average ranking on a whole host of parameters, including attainment. The senior leadership team can offer support with planning and I.E.Ps and the long standing staff at the school offer a welcome environment to work in.
