Job Title: Sales and Lettings Administrator

Location: Borehamwood

Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm (Occasional Saturday if required)

 

Global Mobility Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of an Independent Estate Agency, with strong growth plans, who are seeking a Sales and Lettings Administrator to join their growing team!

The role is to manage and provide full administrative support to the Sales and Lettings Negotiators and Company Directors.

The role will mainly involve managing the smooth and efficient process of a new tenancy with an element of sales progression and associated administration, liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will need previous experience as an administrator for an Estate Agency. You must be articulate and have very good customer service skills. The right person must be highly organised and efficient and be able to enhance this office support role. Microsoft Office skill are essential, you must be proficient in word and excel.

 

Duties of Sales and Letting Administrator include:

  • Manage tenant referencing process
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and associated administration
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords on case progression
  • Manage sales progression and general sales administration
  • Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, keys, electric checks/EPC’s
  • Manage and book property inspections
  • Effectively manage the office diary system
  • Handle all phone and email enquiries and record new tenant applications
  • General office management
  • Adhoc property maintenance duties
