Our client is the wholly owned sales and marketing subsidiary of a much larger company. Established in 1991, our client has grown from humble beginnings and has since expanded into a much larger company under a prestigious brand. The Spare Parts Department currently has more than 45,000 parts in stock, from diesel generator maintenance to filters; Telys & Kerys control panel and electrical components.

Based at the office in Byfleet, Surrey the successful candidate will be responsible for placing of and progressing orders for spare parts and administration of after sales service work.

Reporting to the after sales service manager he or she will be responsible for coordinating deliveries of parts between factory and customer, keeping stock records up to date and invoicing customers plus processing paperwork for service visits and warranty claims.

Succesful candidate will have:

 

  • A good knowledge of computer systems.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • A confident and polite manner when talking to customers.
Salary £22,000 per annum paid monthly in arrears plus bonus scheme typically providing a further £1,000 to £2,000 per annum depending on company performance.
