Working for their new site on the outskirts of Blackburn this is an exciting opportunity for a Jnr Sous Chef to join this quality pub and restaurant group.
This award winning group has an excellent reputation for top quality food with exceptional fresh food menus and sourced from the finest ingredients They are rapidly expanding across the UK and are recruiting for passionate chefs to get on board and enjoy the journey with them!
They are looking for a Jnr Sous Chef to assist the Sous and Head Chef in managing the whole kitchen operation from GP management to training and coaching the team. As Junior Sous Chef in one of their busy restaurants you will need to be organised and able to command the same from your team.
The successful Junior Sous Chef will have experience of a fresh food and quality environment, having managed a volume site would be beneficial. Leading by example you must inspire your senior chefs with your passion and dedication for driving the business forward and delivering fantastic dishes!
