CWM Environmental is a leading Waste Management and Recycling Company, based in Carmarthenshire. Due to on-going development and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a person of the right calibre.
We are currently recruiting a Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) Supervisor to manage the day to day operations at our MRF. The successful applicant will be dynamic, have the ability to work on their own initiative and be effective at leading/managing a team of employees.
Proven supervisory experience and excellent communication skills are essential. Waste industry experience would be beneficial.
The post is based on a 48 hour week.
