What are we looking for in a New Business Consultant?
The ideal candidate for this role must be highly driven and have a strong interest in sales. You could come from either a sales or presales background within another software company or a generic sales role. You must be self-motivated and organised with the right mind set to work in a fast growing business environment. Previous experience in Software Sales is desirable, with a proven track record of selling software solutions being an asset to your application.

Who are we looking for?
As a New Business Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our unique recruitment software product and services to customers throughout the UK. You'll also provide leadership and guidance to the Support Team to ensure that targets are continually exceeded.
The New Business Consultant will ideally have experience selling IT solutions. You will have a track record of managing multiple sales cycles and over achieving against targets. You will be energetic and enthusiastic and have the gravitas and authority to lead and close deals with multiple points of contact.
Developing strong, long-lasting and profitable relationships, you'll respond to client requirements and provide an exceptional standard of service in order to maximise company revenue.
