We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Training Specialist to join our team covering the UK. Within the role, you will deliver Systems Training on various platforms such as Coldharbour, Staff Plan, Celltrak. Creating and maintaining appropriate training materials, you will assist with any delegated implementations, ensuring processes are followed to guarantee a smooth transition for all involved. Recognising any issues in an efficient manner, you will resolve on site using best practice methods. Candidates for this role will approach the work in a methodical manner, making certain all training and implementation projects are completed to agreed timescales whilst providing on-suite support and assistance for newly trained Branch Staff.

The successful Systems Training Specialist will hold a recognised Training qualification with the ability to create and maintain professional training documentation. With an ability to present ideas in a user-friendly tone suitable to the audience, you will possess training skills for delivering bespoke system training to groups of up to 8. Candidates for this role will have previous Systems Training experience, preferably on a Domiciliary Care Rostering System coupled with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Ideally you will hold a Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner qualification alongside the ability to monitor implementation issues from identification to resolution in a timely manner. A self-motivator, you will be committed to delivering to project deadlines and schedules with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. With a strong customer service focus, the successful candidates will possess excellent time management skills and be able to travel UK wide on a regular basis with overnight stays.

Candidates for this role must hold a full driving licence
