Sales & Marketing Manager

£45,834 per annum, plus benefits package inclusive of car allowance

Six month fixed-term contract (maternity cover)

Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex. In this exciting role, you will manage and motivate a team responsible for the property sales for CHP and Myriad Homes, together with right to buy/acquire and CHP's portfolio of intermediate/market rental/commercial properties. In addition, you will work closely with our development team to manage asset land and property transactions.

With knowledge of property management and land disposal processes, together with statutory and regulatory requirements relating to low cost home ownership, you will have a proven track record in shared ownership and open market sales and processes. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels are essential, together with access to a vehicle for work purposes. Some out of hours working may be required. 

CHP offers excellent terms and conditions and working environment, including defined benefits pension scheme and 25 days' annual leave pro rata. A car allowance of £1,056 per annum will be paid in addition to the annual salary. A business mileage rate for duties relating to CHP business will also be applied.
