At Gleeson Recruitment Group we're trying to do things a bit differently and it seems to be working - over the past five years we've grown from the six that launched our business to more than fifty heads, split between three state of the art offices. Due to growth we need to add to our established finance team in Reading by hiring a new Recruitment Consultant to work with us.
This is a superb opportunity to pick up a desk working within one of our most established areas and in a team with a market leading reputation. Our new Recruitment Consultant will be focused on permanent recruitment in the part qualified or qualified finance market. Your main tasks will be getting out into the market and meeting both clients and candidates to develop relationships on a face to face basis. Whilst this is an established area for us, it's essential that Recruitment Consultants who are applying have a business development mentality and a proactive attitude. Applicants for this role must have a track record in developing clients, beating the competition, building fantastic candidate relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
