This Museum in Manchester are looking for a Contemporary Science Programme Coordinator to assist in the development and delivery of a range of ambitious and creative projects with a key focus on the annual Manchester Science Festival.

Each year, the Festival creates a place for innovative and meaningful experiences, where they can inspire futures of diverse audiences through interactions with STEM, whilst promoting the museum and the wider group.

Joining their Learning and Public Programmes team you will lead the administrative processes for the Manchester Science Festival and act as the first point of contact for programme applications and queries, programme partners and the public.

You will also have excellent communication skills to solicit the support of scientists, engineers, artists, and cultural and science-related programme partners in the delivery of unique museum based programmes - engaging people of all ages to think big.

Working as part of the wider Contemporary Science team you will also support on their 'year-round' live events including science programmes for specialist galleries and museum lates.
