Care Home Manager

Our client are a Not for Profit Organisation that prides themselves on delivering excellent care and service to their residents.

As the care home manager you will be responsible for managing a business, leading a team and ensuring they deliver the very best quality care. They need a Full time, experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalised care while effectively managing a budget. If you are an outstanding team player who is passionate about the needs of older people they wish to hear from you.

You will inspire each member of the team to achieve outstanding performance, whilst building lasting relationships with residents' families, GPs and external agencies. Needless to say, you'll be experienced in similar roles, very Health and Safety conscious, have relevant care management qualifications, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent and ideally qualified in First Aid and Food Hygiene. But above all, you care as much as they do and you're passionate about making all the difference for older people.

The successful candidate will have over two years of care management experience, right to work in the UK, and be able to provide excellent references from previous employers.
