Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Junior Merchandise Administrator to work alongside their Merchandising team and carry out day to day stock management and order fulfilment. It is a great role for anyone who wants to learn with the possibility to progress in time for the right person.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure stock discrepancies are checked accurately
• Carry out daily stock management to maximise sales
• Resolve stock enquiries efficiently
• Set up new season product and discontinued flags accurately at the start and end of seasons
• Liaise with Merchandisers to determine need for Air Freight
• Collaborate with Imports department to prioritise shipments
• Communicate rate changes to sales
• Maintain planning calendar
• Provide administrative back up to the merchandising team

The successful candidate will have the ability to think logically to analyse and evaluate situations and data in a way that will allow them to make decisions, make recommendations and disseminate clear information to people at all levels of the business. They will have excellent communication and administration skills and will have meticulous attention to detail and be highly numerical.
