Job Title Senior Conveyancer
Location Leicester (with some travel)
Salary up to GBP35,000 per annum
The Role
As a senior conveyancer you will be expected to run and manage caseloads, support the conveyancing team and assign projects appropriately. As a senior lead you will also oversee the work of others as part of a team. This will require you to travel to different offices to cover work load when needed.
The Candidate
- Hold relevant conveyancing qualification
- Have a minimum of 5 year's experience in conveyancing
- Experience working within a multi service solicitors practice
- Possess excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with banks and legal practices
- Be proficient in carrying out all AML requirements
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Be driven, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards learning
- Conduct themselves in a professional and presentable manor at all times

The Package
- Working hours are 9 till 5 Monday to Friday
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Between GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 per annum dependant on experience
