My client is a market leader in their field, they pride themselves on providing outstanding and professional customer service which has helped them grow through the years. They are well established and are looking for a French Sales Administrator to join their dynamic, busy team.

Reporting directly to the general manager this role is fast paced and requires a driven individual to take on the challenge as they will have to take full ownership of their high workload.

Main duties;

* Order production and processing using the in house system
* Purchase order processing
* Dispatch, shipping and logistics
* Dealing with queries over the telephone and problem solving (French and English)
* Assisting accounts with charging and invoice queries in french
* Reception/ answering phone calls
* Contractual and document translations
* Coordination of warehousing and order processing for all France enquiries

Person spec;

* MUST be fluent in both French and English
* Experience in stock management
* Posses excellent customer service skills
* Any technical or engineering experience would be desirable
* Hold a valid driving license
* Excellent attention to detail
* Friendly and outgoing
* Can work well under pressure

My client is offering a competitive salary between GBP20,000-GBP25,000 depending on experience.

Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm
