My client, a fantastic manufacturing business who are very highly thought of within their sector, are looking for a HR Manager to join their team. The role offers a very exciting opportunity to support the business and hit the ground running with some big projects.
As the HR Manager, you will provide a well-organised resolution-focused service across the business and provide effective generalist HR support to key HR stakeholders and client groups.
As the successful HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing efficient HR generalist advise across the business
* Providing accurate support to line managers with regards to complex employee relations cases such as disciplinaries and grievances
* Thinking of ways to improve efficiency throughout the business
* Dealing with restructures throughout the business having confidence to carry out associated consultations
* Delivering projects as requested by the senior HR leadership team
* Ensuring that the employee relations cases are dealt with in a timely manor
* Revise and develop company policies
* Recruitment to include high-volume and peak-season campaigns
To be considered for the HR Manager role:
* CIPD qualified
* Significant experience working within a generalist HR Advisory role
* Experienced working with employee relations case work
* Experienced working with volume ER cases
* Blue collar background would be highly desirable- ideally Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics
