Solicitor - Private Client
We are recruiting for a new opportunity. Due to expansion our client are looking for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor. This role is to join a modern and well-established law firm based in Tenterden, Kent. Our client is looking for a professional and success driven individual to fit in with their friendly and busy team.
This is a busy and varied role therefore you must be able to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
Experience and knowledge required:
- Estate and Care Fees Planning
- Wills and Will Writing
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court Of Protection
- Trusts and Trust Administration
- Probate and Administration of Estates
- Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
- Charities
- Deputyship
STEP would be preferable but is not essential. They assist in career development.
In return you will receive:
