Apprentice Recruiter
A recruitment firm specialising in the UK Manufacturing industry, particularly Automotive and Aerospace Engineer are seeking an ambitious individual to join their team as an Apprentice Recruiter. Your role will support business across the full "360" recruitment process, offering you the opportunity to learn all facets of white collar recruitment and progress your career continuously.
Please note this will be an official apprentice scheme, therefore initially the salary will reflect national apprentice rates.
To be successful in this role you will have the following core attributes:
* Intelligent with a sound level of Business Acumen
* Driven and ambitious to succeed in a business environment
* Not fazed by targets and motivated by reward (financial and progression)
* Articulate with strong attention to detail
* Excellent time management
* Have GCSE Math's and English as a minimum
* No previous experience necessary, however, you will be keen to learn new skills
This position is based in Bromsgrove, within walking distance of the train station, and can be easily accessed from Redditch, Droitwich, Worcester, Kidderminster, Birmingham, Solihull etc.
* As the Apprentice Recruiter you will have the following key responsibilities:
* Learn and develop outstanding communication skills and recruitment knowledge
* Fully integrate yourself into the "360" recruitment role
* Carry out new business development
* CRM and database management
