Previous sales experience is highly preferred although not essential as this is an attribute driven company. Experience is only negotiable providing you can prove a real hunger and desire to earn big in the sales arena within the fastest growing industry in the world!
The successful Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executives will be working within a top performing team. A fantastic salary and commission structure is immediately on offer with a genuine opportunity to progress very quickly.
As a global leader in its space, my client has won numerous awards for its effective, market leading approach and is now looking for German and Swedish speaking Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development Executives to join their growing team!
Location - Reading
Salary - 25 - 27,,000 commission and 1% of all deals closed
Progression - under 18 months to inside sales / Account Executive with a salary of 35,,000
Responsibilities
Proactively searching for new business whist reacting to inbound leads. Using one's own initiative is the key to success within this company. Out bound activities will include cold calling, lead sourcing and emails.
High volume outbound calls based on quality! (60-80 calls a day)
Qualifying quality leads by ensuring there is a genuine business fit. Booking appointments based on relevance.
Working to a quota and achieving / overachieving targets.
Engaging within a fantastic sales training program.
Requirements
Fluent German / Swedish alongside good English skills.
Top performing mentality with a genuine desire to earn big!
A genuine excitement for the IT industry.
Educated to degree level.
Fantastic written and communication skills
Successful candidates have previously come from London, Basingstoke, Reading, Bracknell, Farnborough, and Oxford.
Successful candidates typically have background experience within Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, and Account Management.
