Role Overview:
We have a brilliant new opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join our successful Linden Homes business, based from our Wetherby office.
This role is initially on a part time contract. However, for the right person there is real potential for you to become a full time member of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be:
- Issuing tender enquiries
- Data Inputting
- Using Oracle to raise subcontract orders and payment
- General Administration duties
We are looking for someone currently undertaking / or willing to undertake a part time undergraduate degree course to complement work based training and development.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Competent in using Microsoft programmes including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle software would be beneficial.
- A minimum of 6 GCSE's grade A-C, including Maths and English
