Site Manager
Venture Contracts are recruiting for a hands-on Site Manager on a permanent basis.
Our client, based in Luton, has been operating for well over 100 years and is a leading contractor in the new build, refurbishment, alterations and fit-out sector, managing projects up to GBP3m. Their Special Projects division specialises in maintenance, decorating, electrical and mechanical projects of up to GBP1m and operate within a 45 minute radius of their Head Office in Luton. They are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Site Manager as a permanent addition to their team.
To be considered for the role of Site Manager you must have the following qualifications:
Essential:
SMSTS
CSCS Black or similar skilled level
Ideally candidates will also have one or more of the following:
Asbestos Awareness
Scaffold Inspection
1st Aid
Manual Handling
Telehandler certificate
NVQ Level 4
DBS/CRB checked
Experience required:
Ideally candidates should be from a trades background such as carpentry, electrical or mechanical, and have experience of the fit-out sector of construction
In return, as a Site Manager you can expect a salary between GBP30-GBP35k, a company van with fuel card, pension scheme, workwear/uniform/PPE, and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
