Ideal recruit are looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisor/Team Leader to join a major drinks distribution company in Crewe.
Daily duties include:
Supervising Tasks:
- Shift check ins (both AM and PM)
- Contact staff that have not arrived for their shift
- Assist with the induction process as and when required
Warehouse Tasks:
- General order picking using a hand held scanner
- Training of new starters following on from induction
- Training of MHE equipment to new starters as and when required
This is a permanent role and the hours will be 5:30am - 2:30pm Sunday to Thursday.
The pay rate for this role will be GBP8.79 per hour with the chance to earn a GBP100 attendance bonus which is paid monthly.
