DEPUTY MANAGER - Up to GBP24k salary plus bonus based on KPI's
Mandeville Retail are looking to recruit a Deputy Store Manager for a retail business in the Hampshire area. East of Southampton.
This famous retailer has stores in key locations in the UK and will continue its rapid expansion plans throughout 2017!!

Reporting to the Store Manager you will have accountability for achieving sales,training and stock loss targets for your area.
Please note that for this role you must have strong skills in training and coaching staff.
The person:
* Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced retail business would be advantageous.
* Ability to lead, manage and develop others as you will need to be able to deal effectively with customer and staff issues.
* Ability to demonstrate a good commercial awareness, possess a natural flair for merchandising and have a good eye for detail.
* Flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, you will be tenacious, hardworking and reliable.
* In addition to this you will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with a real 'can do' attitude.
The starting salary will be from GBP20,000 to GBP24,000 and is reviewed throughout your career, you will also receive a bonus added to your basic salary.
