Your new company
You will be working for a large, supportive insurance business in Nottingham who can offer a variety of administration duties within the role and future progression within the business. Working on a national scale, they are able to provide a tailored service to a variety of clients, offering excellent customer service at all times.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact within the business, responsible for receiving new claims, maintaining and inputting information onto in house systems. Your new role will require liaising with different departments in the business and external clients, ensuring the highest level of accuracy at all times. A large part of your role will be system based work with the added responsibility of client telephone communication.
What you'll need to succeed
Already able to demonstrate proven administration experience within a current or recent role, you will be a confident character able to show commitment, drive and reliability. Working within a busy organisation, you will need to show ability to work quickly and accurately using in house systems and Microsoft packages.
