Brewster Pratap are excited to be working on this newly created role for a part time HR manager and it is a great opportunity to become part of an established company in the Mansfield area.
THE JOB:
The role will take control of all HR related matters for the business including:
* Regular reviews of all contracts of employment and updating when necessary.
* Reviewing the terms and conditions of employment, assessing any changes that may be required.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to play an instrumental role in this dynamic, fast growing business by working with the Senior Management team on the following:
* All offers of employment - Manage the recruitment process including advertising job vacancies, liaising with recruitment agencies, sifting applications and organising and involvement in first line
* Managing all Employee Relations including grievance, disciplinary issues and absence management.
* Dealing with all new starters and leavers. Conduct exit interviews, analyse information for trends and provide feedback to the business.
* Involvement in annual appraisals and staff performance reviews.
* All aspects of HR for an SME business.
There is also a major requirement to improve the way the business deals with, manages and plans all of its training and development activity. It has been highlighted the ideal candidate would have experience in this as well as a growing interest in L & D activities.
The hours are extremely flexible for the right candidate, for example: 5 days per week on reduced hours of 2.5 or 3 days - this is something the company are willing to discuss.
THE PERSON:
This HR manager role would be ideal for someone with a team focused attitude and shows a true commitment to help developing the company forward with HR related tasks. Contributing to the HR strategy and the learning and development of the business.
