Cicero's key client based in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in Solidworks and designing special purpose machinery products within the FMCG arena.
Key Tasks:
- Completion of manufacturing drawings to enable component procurement and support of manufacturing activities and inspection.
- Documenting and implementing design changes.
- Writing detailed assembly procedures and technical build information.
- Produce BOMs; test specifications; design reports; FMEAs and assembly documentation
- Liaising with the Project and Quality team on a daily basis
Key Skills
- Must have a background in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Sheet Metal
- Strong experience using Solidworks
- Be committed to joining a team committed to exceeding customer expectations
- It would be advantageous to be experienced in designing bespoke processing machinery
