The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role

- Telephone based sales - 70% of day on the phone
- Happy to meet clients face to face
- Developing new business
- Candidate attraction and selection
- Working to targets
- Organising interviews and taking a candidate through a selection process

The Package

- Trainee Recruitment Consultant basic salary range: GBP17-20k (DOE)
- NO THRESHOLD commission scheme, earn on everything you bill
