Frontline Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a proven project manager to join their new and well-established client based just outside of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
The successful candidate will be a vital part of a growing and high achieving team who pride themselves on surpassing expectations.
The company themselves supply the highest of quality architectural aluminium facade systems. With such projects including, but not limited to, Aluminium automatic doors, shop fronts and structural glazing assemblies.
Main responsibilities:
*Project planning from inception
*Project delivery
*Contract negations including JCT and NEC3
*Health, Safety and environment
* Management of other team members
Candidate Specification:
* The ability to manage site staff and make decisions with confidence
* Be a great finisher - someone determined to persistently get results
* Proficient with all MS office packages
* Be able to plan and manage multiple projects at the same time
* Must be able to translate and ensure the project team understand the technical drawings.
* Must be compliant and follow processes which are in place and develop new ones or improve current ones.
In return, the company is offering a generous salary bracket with 21 days annual leave as standard (you even get a day off on your birthday!)
Working hours will be between 8:00am and 5:00pm
