Our prestigious client is looking for a temp to work as an administrator providing high end customer service. Some of the duties will include taking calls from customers, providing advice, taking payments and processing orders for repair. This is a team role which will look at statistics, fault trends and turn around times.

Other elements of the role will be much more hands on; locating products within the warehouse to fulfil individual orders as well as stock checking materials required for bespoke orders

Candidates will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service, the ability to prioritise and to keep calm under pressure.

Would suit a candidate who has proven customer service experience and strong IT skills who is looking for more than your standard desk role.

The role is initially temporary for 12 weeks, subject to suitability it will then become permanent. This is an ideal opportunity to work for one of somerset's leading employers.

Hours Monday to Thursday 9.00 - 5.30 and Friday 9.00 - 5.00.
