Digital Innovation and Transformation Service & Performance
Excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading financial institutions. The assistant manager will be joining the Digital Innovation and Transformation Services team within the Bank, focusing on supporting performance measurement and continued service optimisation for their customers.
The Assistant Manager will:
- Produce accurate Operational MI for digital executives.
- Work with a variety of Digital stakeholders to gain a full understanding of the needs to provide relevant customer service.
- Monitor Service Performance and Customer feedback.
- Identify trends and anomalies in their customer journeys, working with the digital team for workable solutions.
The Assistant Manager will need to have:
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience of working in Digital Service Performance and optimisation environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft packages.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
