About The Company:

We are a technology company that works with leading Estate Agents in the UK, helping them present their customers’ properties in the best possible light.

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to work for a growing, fast-paced, technically led company based in Swanley. 

This role offers amazing scope for career progression and the opportunity to take the lead on analysis, intelligence gathering, trend spotting and innovative use of data. 

You will be responsible for gathering and utilising data from clients and using this data to create opportunities for the business and identify trends and potential issues facing the business and its clients.

You will have previous experience working with Power BI (or equivalent). 

Duties include:

+ Using data innovatively to support the business and its clients. 
+ Assisting in evolving and improving reporting suite to measure business performance against KPI’s.
+ Trend spotting and identifying service issues during early stages. 
+ Assisting the sales and marketing teams by demonstrating the success of the business’ service in delivering value to their clients.
+ Gathering and analysis in specific areas, including client data, to optimise customer training.

The office hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and benefits include 22 days’ holiday increasing with service, company pension scheme and regular company events. 

Essential experience and skills required:

+ Educated to a degree level or equivalent with a good knowledge of data analysis 
+ Previous working knowledge of Power BI software or equivalent is essential 
+ Logical thinker with the ability to work on their own initiative 
+ Proficient analytical reporting skills
+ Accuracy and attention to detail is key
+ Knowledge of R, SQL or MDX is advantage but not essential 

The start date for this role is 1st May 2017, however notice periods will be taken into consideration.
