Newcastle-based, events promotions firm, Complete One, are customer acquisition specialists and experts in dealing with people. We recently expanded into York and we now have immediate openings for retail sales assistants at our Newcastle branch.

Retail Sales Assistant Role & Responsibilities
- You will be the face and voice of our clients
- Setting up / managing events
- Engaging customers
- Conducting presentations
- Handling queries
- Data reporting
- Customer acquisition / retention
No retail sales experience is required as we will provide on-going training, advice and guidance.
We have a very social culture with lots of activities for you to get involved in including; weekly team nights, company activity days, top gun / rising star events, R&R getaways and much more!

For legal reasons, applicants must be 18 or over. Applicants must be able to commute to our office in Newcastle City Centre daily. Applicants successful at the initial stage will be invited to attend a day observing one of our events in action, getting to shadow one of our representatives. As this is still a part of the interview process and contributes towards making a final decision, applicants will not be compensated. Our contractors are self-employed and paid on commission only for their completed sales, all earnings are uncapped. Due to the openings being immediate start we are unable to consider applications from out with the Newcastle area.
