Salary – Expected to be between £8.50 and £9.50 per hour depending on experience

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Office Administrator to support our small and friendly Head Office team in Spalding.  The role involves undertaking a variety of duties including general administration and some accounts related work. 

We anticipate the hours on offer will be around 16 per week over 2 full days (usually Monday and Wednesday) but flexibility will be required to meet business need.  There may also be an opportunity to work additional hours to cover peaks in work and assist during holidays and other periods of absence.

In return we offer an expected salary of between £8.50 and £9.50 per hour.  Free car parking is also available.

Duties include:

• General Office Administration
• Handling incoming and outgoing post
• Timely and accurate processing of invoices and credit notes from suppliers
• Matching invoices against Purchase Orders or investigating invoices without a Purchase Order
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Dealing and resolving internal and external queries
• Any other ad-hoc duties to help the smooth running of the Office

Do you have?

• Experience of working within an office environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• SAGE experience essential (SAGE 200 preferable)
• Able to work in a busy environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a small team
• Good communication skills
• ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to get the job done
