A modular construction specialist is now recruiting a Site Manager (Project Manager) to join their expanding operations team. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader in off-site construction to deliver one of the largest modular construction projects in Europe.
Duties:
- Overseeing the installation of 44 accommodation buildings across two sites
- Management of two project installation teams
- Ensuring the buildings are delivered and installed to the design
- Ensuring subcontractors are working in a safe environment
- Working with a Project Director to ensure the project is delivered to programme
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager (Project Manager) to join the business during a period of growth with a contractor delivering major projects across multiple sectors - they have secured GBP70m in new contracts starting in 2017 and are preparing for a period of expansion over the next 5 years.
The Hinkley Point Project will provide workers with 3* hotel-style living accommodation at Bridgwater and Hinkley point and will set new standards in the industry. To be successful your Site Manager (Project Manager) application you will have experience overseeing the installation of modular construction projects.
As a Site Manager (Project Manager) you will be offered the necessary support to deliver the project along with continued internal and external training to develop your skills and experience - there are career opportunities for individuals looking for new challenges and progression within the company too.
